The Syracuse Orange men’s basketball team (3-1) will take on the undefeated St. John’s Red Storm (5-0) in the Empire Classic final Tuesday night at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Syracuse edged Richmond in the first game of the Empire Classic on Monday night behind Joe Girard’s career-high 31 points. St. John’s is coming off a 78-72 win against Temple.
The Orange have lost three straight games against the Red Storm, with the last meeting coming in 2013.
The game will be televised on ESPN2, with tipoff set for 9:30 p.m.
