The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Angel E. Lopez-Gonzalez, 24, on Saturday at 8:30 p.m. after a traffic complaint on State Route 5.
Officers determined Lopez-Gonzalez was driving while intoxicated.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .18% and an additional count of driving while intoxicated.
Lopez-Gonzalez was released with an appearance ticket and will face the charges in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
