Right now Twitter charges $4.99 per month for their Twitter blue feature.
Soon, the Twitter blue subscription will cost users $19.99 per month.
This new plan is being put into place by the social media platform’s new owner Elon Musk.
Under this new plan, verified users have 90 days to subscribe or lose their blue check mark next to their Twitter handle.
Another report alleges that employees were told Sunday they have until Nov. 7 to launch this new plan.
If they don’t then they risk losing their jobs, according to Local Syracuse.
