Police arrested a Canandaigua man following a larceny investigation at a downtown store.
John Morey, 53, of Canandaigua was charged with petit larceny.
He’s accused of stealing a bicycle from behind a store on South Main Street earlier this month.
Police say the theft took place on October 8th.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in local court at a later date to answer the charge.
