The Powerball drawing on Monday had nobody match all the numbers, bringing the jackpot up to $700 million for Wednesday night.

The jackpot on Monday was worth $625 million, or a $299.8 million dollar cash prize.
On Wednesday the cash prize will be worth $335.7 million dollars before taxes.
Powerball lottery and jackpot explained
On Monday the winning numbers were 18, 23, 35, 45, and 54 with a Powerball number of 16. The Power Play was 4 times, according to My Twin Tiers.
For Monday the jackpot was the eighth highest in Powerball history. Nobody has won this game since August.
Back in August a winner in Pennsylvania took away the $206.9 million dollar jackpot.
Back in January the seventh largest jackpot was won and it was worth $632.6 million dollars. This prize was split between two winning tickets in California and Wisconsin.
There are other prizes besides the grand prize players can win as well. Tickets that match only the Powerball number are worth $4. If you choose a Power Play it can make it worth more. One example of this would be if there was a 10 times Power Play. The ticket would then be worth $40. If you can match all 5 numbers but not the Powerball, then that’s worth $1 million. Power Plays can multiply that as well.
On Saturday there were three tickets that matched the 5 numbers without the Powerball. They were in New York, South Carolina, and Texas. These individuals won $1 million dollars.
The drawing will happen every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
