Police report the arrest of a Seneca Falls woman following an investigation into a physical altercation.
Tabitha Herman, 39, of Seneca Falls was charged with assault and endangering the welfare of a child on October 20th around 2 a.m.
Police say the charges stem from an incident where Herman is accused of engaging in a physical altercation with a juvenile family member, which resulted in injury to the minor.
Herman was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility pending arraignment. The charges will be answered at a later date.
An order of protection was requested on behalf of the minor.
