Police: Seneca Falls man had outstanding warrants for violating probation, family offense, and child neglect

Police in Seneca Falls arrested a local resident following an overnight domestic dispute.

During the early-morning hours on Friday officers arrested Joseph Smith, 42, of Seneca Falls.


While investigating the incident police found he had several outstanding warrants through probation, state police, and Ontario County.

The warrants were for violating probation, a family offense, and child neglect.

Smith was turned over to New York State Police. At this time there are no local charges pending against him.
