Deputies report the arrest of a Sodus man following an investigation into a personal injury crash in the town of Sodus.
It happened on State Route 88 on August 7th and resulted in one person being airlifted to the hospital.
Mark Fisher, 39, of Sodus was traveling north on Route 88 when he lost control of his motorcycle and went off the road into a culvert.
He was seriously injured and transported to Strong Memorial Hospital.
Deputies say a blood sample determined that Fisher’s BAC was 0.16% at the time of the wreck.
He was charged with one count of DWI and DWI common law. He was also ticketed for unreasonable speed.
