What donuts are in the Churrdough Collection?
Krispy Kreme has released numerous limited-edition flavors since it was founded in 1937. The most recent limited-edition flavors to launch are part of the Churrdough Collection. The three churro-inspired donuts are available starting September 5th. The collection includes:
- Cinnamon Sugar Churrdough– topped with salted caramel crunch pieces
- Cookies & Kreme Churrdough– topped with chocolate cookie pieces and chocolate icing
- Dulce De Leche Churrdough– topped with cookie pieces and dulce de leche drizzle
The donuts can be purchased individually, or as a 3-pack.
How long are the churro donuts available?
This donut collection will only be available until September 18, 2022. Initially, customers were very upset because on September 4, Krispy Kreme stopped serving pumpkin spice. However, the outrage didn’t last long because shortly after the end of pumpkin spice, the company announced the Churrdough Collection.
Although there is good news if you didn’t get enough pumpkin spice. Krispy Kreme revealed that they will continue to serve the Pumpkin Spice Cake doughnut and Pumpkin Spice coffees through November 24, 2022.
When is Krispy Kreme open?
Most locations open at 7am and close at 10pm. However, hours vary by location. If you don’t know where the nearest Krispy Kreme is and want to find one, or just want to check the hours of the nearest location, you can do that here.
Unfortunately, if there is not a Krispy Kreme nearby, you may have to take a road trip to taste the Churrdough Collection. Krispy Kreme does not ship their donuts because they cannot ensure freshness after shipment. According to their website, they “would not want our customers to receive inferior doughnuts.”
