Police say a man was charged after a domestic dispute in Walworth.
Stephen Rucinski, 39, of Rochester was charged with criminal mischief.
It is alleged that Rucinski threw a rock at a victim’s car causing damage to the vehicle. Following the incident, Rucinski hid in the woods but was located by police shortly thereafter.
Rucinski will appear before the Town of Walworth Court at a later date.
