Wayne County Sheriff’s arrested a Rochester man following a burglary investigation.
Nicolas A. Torres of Rochester was arrested for one count burglary and one count of petit larceny.
It is alleged that Torres stole multiple items from Walmart in Macedon by concealing the items in reusable shopping bags and attempting to leave the store without paying.
Torres will appear before the Town of Macedon Court at a later date to answer the charges.
