A Yates County man was charged following a traffic stop on August 17.
Jonathan L. Henderson, 38, of Himrod was charged with driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a child.
Upon investigation into the the traffic stop, Henderson was displaying signs of intoxication with a child under the age of 16 in the vehicle.
Henderson was transported to Yates County Jail where he submitted to a breath test, yielding a .15% BAC.
He will appear before the Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
