A Waterloo man was taken into custody on a weapon charge on August 4.
David Fish, 55, of Waterloo was arrested for criminal possession of a weapon.
The arrest stems from investigation into a domestic incident that was reported at a Wagner Street address. During investigation, deputies confiscated a 12 gauge shotgun belonging to Fish who is a convicted felon.
Fish will appear in court at a later date.
