The Geneva Area Chamber of Commerce will be co-hosting a Member Milestone Celebration for one of its newest members, Lake’s Edge Development Group LLC, on Thursday, August 25 from 12-2pm. The celebration will honor the Groundbreaking ceremony of the Lake’s Edge Seneca Development Project.
Lake’s Edge Seneca is a planned 12.9-acre lakefront property, located on the west side of Seneca Lake. The project features mixed-use destination development compromised of luxury condos with lake views, an on-site hotel, farm-to-table restaurant, and walking trails. The site was commonly known for its former use where the Geneva American Legion property was located off west lake road.
The development will be constructed in two separate phases. Phase one will focus on the residential piece and consist of the overall land development with 51 luxury condos. The project’s start date is late Summer 2022. Phase two will focus on the commercial portion of the project and consist of a 110-key soft branded hotel and restaurant with a projected start date of late Spring 2023. During the event, a presentation will take place with officials from Lake’s Edge Development Group, in partnership with Rivers Edge Capital and Pine Ridge Construction Management. Guests will have the opportunity to interact with developers and learn more about the project. A light lunch and refreshments will be provided. A professional group photo op will take place at 12:45pm. There is no charge for attendance, however reservations are required.
