A Palmyra man was arrested after investigation into a domestic incident.
According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kolin R. Crouse, 25, of Palmyra for burglary, criminal contempt, harassment, and aggravated family offense.
It is alleged that Crouse allegedly crawled into a victim’s window while they were sleeping. He proceeded to hit the victim in the face and steal their cellphone.
Crouse will appear in court at a later date to answer the charges.
