A Odessa woman was taken into custody after being issued a criminal summons.
According to a news release, the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office arrested Brianna J. West, 32, of Odessa for failure to appear in court.
It is alleged that West did not appear in the Town of Dix Court for previous charges.
West was arranged in Schuyler County CAP Court and will answer charges at a later date.
