A Penn Yan resident was cited following a traffic stop on Sunday night.
According to a news release, the Penn Yan Police Department ticketed Dikeedrin P. Flores, 30, of Penn Yan for aggravated unlicensed operation.
Flores was stopped after officers observed him operating a vehicle on Lake Street with a suspended driver’s license.
Flores will appear in court at a later date.
