One of Auburn’s most identifiable restaurants is headed to auction.
According to The Citizen, the 8,200-square-foot Sunset Restaurant and its components will be auctioned on August 1.
The 93 N. Division Street property was home to the Sunset Restaurant, which served as a staple in the city of Auburn for decades.

The property is still considered a turnkey restaurant business opportunity for the right person. It has been on the market for several months.
It was listed for $850,000 after the passing of longtime operator Peter Sedor in 2020. His parents opened the restaurant in 1933.
