Canandaigua man taken into custody after violating order of protection

A Canandaigua man was arrested after a disturbance on Saltonstall Street.

According to a news release, the Canandaigua Police Department arrested Robert J. Triplett, 51, of Canandaigua for aggravated family offense.

Upon investigation, it was determined that Triplett violated an active stay away order of protection.

Triplett was remanded to the Ontario County Jail.
