Joshua Mull has resigned from the Waterloo Board of Education.

His resignation came after two years of service on the board effective July 12.

Mull is an art teacher in the Canandaigua school district, but will be moving to Canandaigua soon.

He’s in the middle of a three-year term, which began in 2020.

Ellen Hughes was selected to be president of the board for the new year, and Coreen Lowry will serve as Vice President.

The board will explore options for filling the vacancy in the coming weeks.
