How do I redeem the drink discount?
Starbucks customers can get 50% off one drink every Tuesday for the rest of July. They have labeled this promotion as “Summer TuesYays.” The offer is available on any size drink. However, there are a few restrictions:
- can only be redeemed on cold beverages
- limited to one drink per person
- ready-to-drink bottled beverages are not included
The offer is available for anyone to claim– as long as you are a Starbucks Rewards member. There isn’t a restriction of rewards you must have earned or an amount you have to spend to claim.
Becoming a member is free, all you need to do is download the Starbucks app. In order to sign up and create an account all you’ll need is an email and a password. Once you have an account you will start earning stars with each purchase. The stars will accumulate that you can be used for free drinks and food.
On Tuesdays, you’ll get a reminder on the app and there will also be a coupon to access the promotion in app. If you don’t use your coupon on Tuesday it will expire, but you will get another one the next Tuesday. There are only two Tuesdays left in July– so keep an eye out for coupons on the 19th and 26th. This promotion can’t be combined with other offers.
