Comedian Ron White will take the stage at del Lago Resort & Casino’s Vine Showroom Friday November 11 at 7:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Comedian Ron “Tater Salad” White first rose to fame as the cigar-smoking, scotch-drinking funnyman from the Blue Collar Comedy Tour phenomenon; but now as a chart-topping Grammy-nominated comedian and a feature film actor, Ron White has established himself as a star in his own right. White has always been a classic storyteller. His stories relay tales from his real life, ranging from growing up in a small town in Texas to sharing stories of his daily life to becoming one of the most successful comedians in America. He has sold over 14 million albums (solo and with the Blue Collar Comedy Tour), been nominated for two Grammys and consistently been one of the top grossing stand-up comedians on tour in America – in 2021, he was nominated as Pollstar’s Comedy Touring Artist of the Decade.
Following his breakthrough comedy CD, Drunk In Public, White would release several albums including Behavioral Problems and A Little Unprofessional (both of which reached #1 on the BillboardTM Comedy Chart), as well as comedy specials They Call Me Tater Salad, You Can’t Fix Stupid and If You’d Quit Listening, I’d Shut Up.
White’s acting credits include roles in Horrible Bosses, Sex and the City 2, Jayne Mansfield’s Car and Roadies. White also co-executive produced the documentary Bridegroom, which debuted at the 2013 NYC Tribeca Film Festival and won the Audience Award. His first book, I Had the Right to Remain Silent…But I Didn’t Have the Ability, landed him on the New York Times Best Seller List.
Tickets will go on sale Fri., Jul. 15 at 10:00 a.m. More information can be found at: dellagoresort.com/entertainment/#upcoming-events.
