There is less than two weeks to apply for the June Chicago Moves stimulus program.
The applications will close at the end of the month.

Chicago Moves stimulus
Chicago residents can apply for the stimulus checks, but that does not guarantee that they will receive the check. The checks will be distributed based on a lottery system. The system will be used every month through September to select the recipients. The Chicago Moves program was announced by Mayor Lori Lightfoot in March.
Chicago Moves will grant 150,000 residents with up to $150 in prepaid cards to help deal with the rising fuel costs. 100,000 prepaid $50 prepaid transit cards and 50,000 $15o prepaid gas cards for drivers will be granted during the program.
The program started in April and will end in September. In order to apply you must be a resident of the city and at least 18 years old. A valid drivers license with accurate mailing information and an income that is at or below 200% of the area median income are also requirements.
In order to apply for the transit cards, Chicago residents must have in income at or below 140% of the area median income.
