Police say a Rushville man was cited following a traffic stop.
According to a news release, the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Kayden C. Shay, 19, of Rushville for aggravated unlicensed operation.
Shay was initially stopped for an expired license sticker. A DMV check revealed Shay was operating under a suspended driver’s license to answer a summons out of Ontario County.
Shay will appear at Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
