Communicorp is having a recall on Aflac plush promotional ducks due to violations of federal bans.

The company Communicorp has issued a recall on Alfac plush promotional ducks.

An article by the Consumer Product Safety Commission says that these plushes violate the federal phthalates and lead content bans.

This means this product can cause phthalates exposure and lead poisoning hazards.

The following Aflac plushes are affected

  • Lifeguard Duck
  • Accident Duck
  • Heisman Duck
  • Business Duck
  • One Day Pay Duck
  • Fishing Duck
  • Police Duck

There are 600,000 plushes affected by this alert.

These were sold directly to Aflac employees and licensed agents from February 2009 through March 2021.

If you have one of these plushes they should thrown away.
