The Syracuse Crunch rolled past the Laval Rocket, 5-1, on Saturday night at the Upstate Medical University Arena.
Laval opened the scoring, but then Syracuse scored five unanswered to secure the victory.
Riley Nash and Gabriel Dumont each scored twice for the Crunch while Nick Perbix also found the back of the net. Max Lagace turned aside 19-of-20 shots.
Joel Teasdale scored the lone goal for the Rocket while Cayden Primeau stopped 34-of-38 shots.
Syracuse finished 2-for-6 on the power play and a perfect 3-for-3 on the penalty kill.
The Crunch will play their third game in three days on Sunday against the Hershey Bears at 5 p.m.
