Police arrested a Newark Valley man following a traffic stop.
According to a news release, State Police in Auburn arrested Danny A. Radcliffe, 65, of Newark Valley for driving while intoxicated.
Radcliffe was initially stopped when troopers observed him using a cell phone on State Route 90 in the town of Genoa. Upon investigation, he was found to be operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08% and was also issued multiple traffic tickets.
Radcliffe will answer charges in the Town of Genoa Court at a later date.
