Helio Health has purchased 518 James Street. It is the current home of some of Helio Health’s residential and housing staff offices in addition to Helio Health’s Financial Management Unit, which provides financial management services for individuals that need support managing their income and expenses.
Helio Health acquired the building to expand occupancy into most of the remaining building for its administrative headquarters.
This purchase anchors Helio Health’s corporate headquarters only blocks away from where Helio Health was founded just over100 years ago.
Helio Health President and C.E.O. Jeremy Klemanski shared, “Helio Health intends to invest to convert this building into a modern hub for behavioral health and housing services staff innovation and collaboration.”
Helio Health invested $3.25 million dollars for the acquisition and renovations will be done in phases as the agency secures additional funding to re-make the building into a modern hub for collaboration and innovation.
Financing for the acquisition was provided by N.B.T. Bank.
