A woman faces a criminal charge after a theft investigation at the Walmart in Seneca Falls.
Dawnmarie Miller, 54, of Ovid, was arrested on June 30 by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department. She was charged with one count of petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
Police said Miller was issued an appearance ticket and will appear at a later date in Seneca Falls Town Court to answer the charge.
