Police arrested a Rochester man on two warrants.
According to a news release, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dennis Hightower, 56, of Rochester following a larceny investigation.
Two separate incidents occurred at a local business in Waterloo and Romulus. Hightower is alleged to have stolen merchandise worth over $900.00 and then provided a false name to avoid being arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was charged with petit larceny and criminal impersonation.
Hightower is pending arraignment at the Seneca County Correctional Facility.
