Unemployment rates really fluctuated following the start of the pandemic in 2020, and many are wondering if it’s continuing to get better.
The latest summary has been released by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics for March of 2022.
The data shows that unemployment rates continue to decline and have reached 3.6%.
This trend has happened over the previous months, a good sign.

The number of unemployed Americans dropped by another 318,000 and is now 6 million.
This is closer to pre-pandemic levels.
112,000 employees were added to the leisure and hospitality industry in March.
61,000 were added to food and drink services with an 25,000 more in accommodation.
