It took some time for the No. 4 Syracuse Orange women’s lacrosse team (10-2, 5-0 ACC) to get going, but when they did they cruised to an 18-6 victory over the Pittsburgh Panthers (6-7, 0-6 ACC) on Saturday afternoon at the Carrier Dome.
Meaghan Tyrrell netted six goals to lead Syracuse to its fourth consecutive win.
Emily Hawryschuk recorded her 300th career point, becoming the fifth player in program history to reach that milestone.
