The code and date for the defected head gear.
Will be found on the inside on a different label.
The effected products will have a batch code of SN4500056024.
And a date of August 2020.
This product was sold at retailers nationwide.
And online at Segway.com and Amazon.com from December 2020 through May 2021.
These helmets do not meet the positional stability and retention system requirements.
Which means they can fail to protect during crashes.
This can lead to head injuries.
If you have purchased one of these recalled items stop use immediately.
And return it to Segway for a full refund.
