Qualifying for the tax refund
The refunds will range from $250 to $500.
Head of household filers could see $375.
You need to file a 2020 and 2021 return to qualify.
They need to be filed by the deadline or the extension deadline.
This is a one time credit.
First the refund balance will go toward owed taxes, then the excess will be given in the form of a refund.
If you’ve already filed your return, you can expect the refund to be included with your regular refund.
