Police arrest a Seneca Falls man following report of a person with a gun.
According to a news release, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Anthony L. Davis, 40, of Seneca Falls for menacing.
The Seneca County 911 center received a call from victims reporting that Davis displayed what appeared to be a handgun while stopped in traffic. The victims were able to provide an accurate description of Davis and his vehicle and police were able to locate him at his apartment following the report. A search warrant was executed and no firearm was recovered.
Davis will respond to charges in the Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
