Larceny investigation leads to arrest in Rochester

Police report the arrest of a Rochester woman following a larceny investigation.

According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Elizabeth A. Rogers, 22, of Rochester for grand larceny.

It is alleged that Rogers had her vehicle repossessed and went to the impound lot where the vehicle was located. Upon discovering her vehicle, Rogers drove it off the lot without permission and was later found in possession of the vehicle.

Rogers will appear before the Town of Ontario Court at a later date to answer charges.
