Noise complaint leads to arrest in Seneca Falls

Police report the arrest of a Seneca Falls man for disorderly conduct.

According to a news release, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Cody A. Sabol, 26, of Seneca Falls following a noise complaint at his residence.

Police responded to multiple complaints that Sabol was engaging in loud, excessive yelling for no apparent reason. When officers arrived on scene, Sabol failed to comply with police officers and became violent. He continued to be belligerent and resist arrest when being taken into custody. He was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and obstructing governmental administration.

He will appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date to answer charges.
