In this season of love and Valentines, the Seneca Falls United Methodist Church wants to give the community a gift of cookies and the opportunity to decorate them – just for fun!
The church is sponsoring a free “Cookie Cruise-In” on Thursday, February 10 from 4 – 6 p.m., or as long as supplies last. This contactless “drive-through” event will be held outdoors.
Participants do not even have to get out of their vehicles! They only need to pull up to the State St. entrance and roll down their window. A volunteer will hand them a Valentine cookie kit consisting of: half a dozen undecorated cookies, three colors of frosting, and a few edible decorations. Then recipients can drive home and decorate their cookies there. The church’s goal is to spread joy and enhance family relationships by providing an activity that encourages parents and children to spend quality time together.
The First UMC of Seneca Falls is located at 2 Chapel St. For more information, contact the church office at: [email protected] or 315-568- 6306.
