Deputies arrested a Port Byron man on aggravated DWI charges after an investigation into a crash on Glenmark Road in Rose.
According to a news release, Severiano Martinez-Pazos, 38, of Port Byron was charged with aggravated DWI following the crash where his vehicle went off the road and struck an RG&E pole.
He was under the influence of alcohol during the crash. According to deputies the crash happened around 9:40 p.m. on January 29.
Deputies say Martinez-Pazos was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office to be processed and found to have a blood alcohol content of 0.19%.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
