A Steuben County man with two previous child pornography convictions has pleaded guilty to a third charge.
Ryan Hamilton, 30, of Bath, has pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography by an individual with a prior conviction, according to The Evening Tribune. Hamilton was convicted in Steuben County Court on charges of possessing a sexual performance by a child less than 16 in 2016 and again in 2017.
Hamilton is listed as a level 3 sex offender, the highest risk level, in New York’s sex offender registry.
In October 2019, Hamilton possessed roughly 87 videos and 1,124 images of child pornography on an SD card, according to Assistant U.S. Attorney Meghan K. McGuire, who prosecuted the case.
