State police arrested an Elmira woman following a traffic stop.
According to a news release, troopers conducted a traffic stop for an expired inspection sticker.
The driver, identified as Stacia Kelsey, 37, of Elmira was found to be intoxicated during the traffic stop.
She submitted to a breath test, according to troopers.
Kelsey was charged with driving while intoxicated and will appear in local court at a later date.
