The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reports the arrest of Walworth man for Harassment in the Second Degree.
Richard T. Hewitt, age 27, of Walworth was arrested by deputies following the investigation into a report of domestic violence incident at Hewitt’s residence. It is alleged that during an altercation with his girlfriend, Hewitt struck her in the face then left the premises.
Hewitt was taken into custody and transported to the Wayne County Jail to await Centralized Arraignment on January 1, 2022 at 7:00 AM. He is scheduled to appear in the town of Walworth Court at a later date and time to answer to the charge.
