Some Americans will find themselves eligible for a $1,000 stimulus check being sent throughout the end of Dec.
These residents are those who are eligible under the state of Connecticut’s Back to Work program that pays people to return to work.
The program began in May and continues through Dec. 31.
The program works as an incentive to help workers regain financial footing as they return to work following the start of the pandemic.
In order to qualify for the payment, the requirements are a bit more strict than in some states.
This includes exactly when you signed up for benefits as well as how long you collected them.
In order to qualify for the payment, residents need to have found a job they’re actively working at.
In order to qualify, a Back to Work CT program application needs to be submitted electronically.
Paper applications are not an option.
