On Wednesday, Ontario County officials held a news conference on the state of COVID-19 in the county at Christmastime. County officials, elected leaders, Health Commissioner Mary Beer and hospital administrators addressed the challenges they are facing and urged the public to get vaccinated, get boosted and wear masks.
Speaking were County Administrator Chris DeBolt, Supervisors chair Jack Marren, State Senator Pam Helming, Assemblyman Jeff Gallahan, County Health Director Mary Beer and administrators from area health care providers.
