A town of Ontario man faces charges in connection with a domestic disturbance.
The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reports the arrest of a Town of Ontario man following a domestic disturbance in the Town of Ontario.
Justin D Elliott, age 31, of Ontario, was arrested following a domestic disturbance after he allegedly threatened Nicole M Tiberio, age 39 with a knife. Mr. Elliott was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd degree, Menacing in the 2nd degree and Harassment in the 2nd degree.
Mr. Elliott was processed at the Sheriff’s office then taken to Wayne County Jail to awaiting Centralized arraignment. Elliott will appear in Ontario Twon Court at a later date and time for further court proceedings.
