A Farmington man faces a weapons charge after Sheriff’s Deputies say he pulled into the Victor High School parking lot with a loaded gun in his car.
On Thursday, Deputies were attempting to pull over a car driven by 20 year old Beyadiel Merced on High St., when he turned into the High School parking lot. During a search of his car, a loaded handgun was found underneath the driver’s seat.
Merced was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon and was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment. Investigators say there was no danger to the school.
