Police report the arrest of a 43-year-old following a disorderly conduct complaint.
Police say they were called to a disturbance at a parking lot of an apartment complex in the town of Seneca Falls.
Prior to police arrival, Benyanina Fox, 43, of Seneca Falls broke a window of another tenant’s apartment. Fox was taken into custody and charged with one count of criminal mischief.
He was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
