One expert says COVID and its variants will only continue to thrive and mutate until the entire world is vaccinated.

She added the United States may have ended their restrictions too soon, aiding in the latest wave of COVID despite knowledge of the Delta Variant in India.

Moderna Chief Executive Stéphane Bancel said the vaccine could quite literally end the pandemic by the middle of next year if everyone got vaccinated.

Dr. Scott Gottlieb thinks the Delta wave will be done by Thanksgiving.
