A man from Canandaigua has been arrested after allegedly failing to register his address as a sex offender.

Robert Mitchell, 50, was arrested following an investigation conducted by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office into his failure to register his address as a registered sex offender.

He has been taken into custody and brought to Ontario County Jail for pre-arraignment.
