The Penn Yan Police Department reports the arrest of a 56-year-old following an investigation into an incident that happened in the village.
Police arrested Lisa Bates, 56, of Penn Yan for forcible touching and harassment.
She’s accused of subjecting another person to physical contact- grabbing intimate body parts of the victim.
Bates was taken into custody and arraigned in village court. She was held on $7,500 bail, according to police.
